Hiring shortages are accelerating: More than half of the energy employers report critical bottlenecks in finding qualified workers.
Technical roles face the most pressure: Applied technical positions, like electricians, lineworkers, pipe fitters, and engineers, make up over 50% of energy jobs and remain the hardest to fill.
